Backend engineering depth in a complex, mature codebase
The Azati engineer joined the project at a relatively early stage and stayed through the years of active growth, when user numbers, traffic, and data volumes started scaling fast. That kind of continuity across a platform's growth curve builds a different depth of understanding than parachuting into a mature system. The engineer passed a technical interview with the client's CTO and was selected for the ability to work independently in a complex Ruby on Rails environment.
